Intermediate Architect
Location: Coral Gables, FL | Type: Full-Time | Experience: Minimum 2 years
Position
As an Intermediate Designer, you will be participating in a variety of tasks from developing concept design drawings to assisting in producing detailed construction document sets through construction administration. You will have the opportunity to gain professional growth through all phases of design.
Expectations
- Keen eye and comprehensive understanding of the process of architectural design
- Extremely organized and very meticulous
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and milestones from all stage of design
- Prepare and produce professional cohesive presentations
- Execute red-marked revisions for construction documentation
- Coordinate with consultants if needed
Requirements
- Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- 2 to 5 years of office experience
- High proficiency in AutoCad and knowledge of digital organization of files
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software, i.e. SketchUp, Revit and Lumion
- Highly skilled in Graphic Design
- Demonstrate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in Construction Documentation is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
- Ability to work independently, willing to learn from peers alike, and detail oriented
- Legal working status is in the United States (required)

Intern Designer
Location: Coral Gables, FL | Minimum: : 3-days a week In-Studio, 2-month Commitment
Position
We are looking for future Design leaders who are passionate about design, craftsmanship, materials, sustainable and equitable design. Interested in candidates who demonstrate interest in innovation in both design and performance technology. Applicants must have strong organizational graphic skills, be self-motivated, efficient and deadline oriented. Our studio space is open, collaborative, and focused on creating beautiful sustainable projects. We seek designers and architects who want to master the craft of building and are also eager to learn and to grow.
Expectations
- Assistance with Design Presentations (usually Lumion, Sketch-Up and InDesign)
- Assistance with picking up red-lines or corrections on Construction Documents (Revit and ACAD)
- Assistance with Construction Administration Tasks and Filing
- Assistance with Materials Library – Researching Materials and Craftsmen: Superior ability for web research of products, catalogs and technology methods, filing and organizing materials and requesting items for projects
- Marketing Assistance: coordinating award submissions, RFPs, Assisting Principal and other Managers with design drawings and models
- Physical or 3D Model Making Ability – highly desirable
Requirements
- Must have, or be currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Architecture or Interior Design program
- Revit, Lumion and Sketch-Up: Proficiency Required
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop: Proficiency Required
- Must have excellent communication skills in English: Written and Verbal
