NoLi is a "street off the street": an intimate, lushly planted, and pedestrian-oriented adaptive reuse of a North Lincoln Lane alley. Set just beyond the energy of world-renowned Lincoln Road, it offers a quieter, greener counterpoint rooted in architectural character, discovery, and gathering.

800 Lincoln Road
Built in 1936 and designed by Robert Law Reed, 800 Lincoln Road was originally home to the Burdines Department Store. It featured a streamlined steel and concrete frame structure which was originally intended to serve as a pedestal for the future addition of five more stories.

Apple, Lincoln Road
Designing for Apple, a global leader in both technology and design, required creating a Lincoln Road storefront that both adhered to their well-established brand and accommodated the scale and materiality of this historic Miami Beach area.
